I'm not an expert for Chinese philosophy, but i think i remember this: too much Jin goes into Jang and too much Jang transforms into Jin. A large jin contains always a little jang and vice versa. For example, some energies can be used as the body wants - good for body, or transformed - sometimes very hard for body, but in the end it may be worth, and it may be worth even for body... "What's the truth?" (John 18:38)

According to Edgar Cayce, everybody must know and try what really works in his life, i think he thinks we must not just accept some teachings, but try, if it really in our life works. We must to seek what is REALLY good for us, not just by ego, but with God's help (seeking The Truth, not the best religion. The Truth = the best religion)
