"V každej kritickej situácii by ste sa mali najprv snažiť udržať v duši lásku. Navštívte kostol, pomodlite sa a snažte sa všetkým i sebe odpustiť. Snažte sa vo všetkom, čo sa vám deje, uvidieť Božiu vôľu. Nebojujte s ňou, ale prijímajte ju a akceptujte. Oprostite sa od všetkého. Veľmi starostlivo prehodnoťte svoj život, svoje skutky, jednanie, city, pocity, emócie. Pokúste sa nájsť vzájomné súvislosti medzi vašim správaním a tým, čo sa s vami deje. Keď v duši zavládne mier, kľud, pocit lásky a tepla, keď z duše zmizne strach, skľúčenosť, nenávisť alebo ukrivdenosť, potom začnete čítaŤ moje knihy a pozerať sa na semináre a prednášky." S.N.
