"This scientist, Henry Lai, is considered one of the most knowledgeable in the world on EMF biological effects. He was hired in the early 90s by the wireless industry as one of the researchers in the $25 million Wireless Technology Research (WTR) project, in which the latter expected to show there were no problems with cell phone radiation. Problem is, he and N. Singh DID find problems--damage to DNA. The industry refused to inform the public and instead closed down the research project. In retribution, they tried to get Dr. Lai fired from his position at U. of Washington (that didn't work).
