Author's foreword: techniques in this book helped me a lot to get rid of pain. Probably since 2012 even a short exposition sometimes caused a terrible pain, getting worse every year. I tried to continue my work in IT, but I've realized soon I must leave my perfect IT job. EHS symptoms looked sharper every year, I can remember days I nearly died. There was always a great help from above, many thanks to The Heavenly Father, Divine Mother and Lord Jesus Christ. Grandma also helped me a lot, I know she's alive. And there are some other very powerful beings watching us - Orbs. Orbs can heal human body within seconds or eliminate chemtrails. I am not member of any organization or religion, just a Bible and spiritual books student. Nothing is now like it was before EHS, probably it would be necessary to change place for living, but the total isolation and nearly all pain gone away. Hopefully, many of you practicing techniques in this book will again return into common activities, maybe you improve 100%. For EHS treatment and cure, place where you live and where you sleep is very important. Until now, I did not change my flat, my condition has improved in even more polluted environment (more Wi-Fi routers around, new digital radios, dozens of smartmeters around, new cell antennas and 5G) I still think changing place for living will be necessary in this environment (most cities of the so-called modern world are today simply crazy EM radiation concentration camps). From long-term view, EM fields in most cities are like vaccines - many peole taking that shit will die, many will get sick. Physical and mental condition is in danger, it's hard to stay human. This environment is sick! Is this worth? Hard to stay healthly and hard to keep peace in those places. "The choice is yours, don't be late..." CHAPTER 1 ''HOPE. I AM. DON'T BE AFRAID.'' Lord Jesus Christ

What is EHS

EHS stands for ElectroHyperSensitivity

Risk groups: sensitive persons, especially people with allergies, food allergies, pollinosis, IT workers, rtg and radio workers and working with chemicals. Long-term of using smart devices like Wi-Fi, bluetooth, smartmeters, smartwatch, cell phones etc. or living near cell antennas and radio transmitters may cause EHS. Today nearly all restaurants, public transport, airlines, buses, trains, markets, shops and workplaces are heavily poisoned by the EM radiation.

The criminal satanic elites pushing "digital radio transmitters" and strong cell antennas into the mountains. These are probably part of GPS and "satellite" internet network. Risky could be LED lights and TV and PC screens. Avoid using LED lights at home and avoid using CCFL lights! CCFL may contain mercury and other poisons evaporating slowly when on, damage or break of CFFL bulb may cause serious intoxication. Frequencies of LED can be modified, the criminal satanic elites are doing experiments, people are lab rats for them. Best looks standard light bulbs.

Some smart devices today are made without option to disable W-LAN and bluetooth, even cars! Fuck any car where you cannot disable bluetooth! Fuck all notebooks where you cannot disable W-LAN and bluetooth in BIOS! There should be always an option to turn all radios off! Today, hardware buttons to disable wireless are missing, even software options are missing! More and more control over people has got some system. People are living in digital slavery, under control of some system. Why shall we trust into this system? You know, many people with their faith into vaccines are sick or died. You cannot trust into cellphones, smart and wireless devices only because they are selling it worldwide. I was living in the UK, people from some countries died by food poisoning. You simply can't eat everything what you can buy! In technocratic civilization there is chaos everywhere, more technocracy, more chaos. Diseases, wars, environmental pollution - this is caused by technocratic system, which tries to modify DNA, nature and humans. God's image and God's order the system wants to overwrite. Who in fact this system is? This civilization gives a promise everything will be ok when you give the control and all rights to the system. At last, this satanic system wants your soul.

Nice picture, that biblical fruit in Eden, one of the major symbols of this world is apple. A lot of people want it and they don't know why. They think apple is good and media created a new picture how a man and woman should look like. In movies and music industry you see apple like a symbol of life, such fruit in Bible is a symbol of lie, snake's deception and death. Spiritual masters knew, that technocracy will destroy everything, the fruit of technocracy is lie and death. People welcomed industrialization, high spirituals masters as Gandhi knew which kind of fruit it brings. ''You know them by their fruits'' Bible. Technocracy is trying to look nice, gives promises of easier and better life, and man will soon become the slave of machines. Probably no man would pay such price, the price of technocracy is your soul. Today, the whole life is online, dictature of PCs and smart devices, spreading deadly rays into the whole environment. The life of modern man is a digital prison, the mind of a man is shaped by EM fields and screens. The catastrophic scenarios of hollywood directors, where computers won and the whole ship with the rest of mankind is on a collision c(o)urse becomes reality. Machines managed an auto-destruction regime for all people and they don't know about it.

The life of ancient civilizations was probably a development of inner technologies istead of technocracy. A wand in a hand of a wizard could make huge rocks superlight or a small stone super heavy to create a well. The techocratics civilization is not the only one path of development, I think the whole technocracy is a mistake, or today, a pointed effort of satanic elities to eliminate mankind as it is. Without God's intervention, probably not any single man would survive this modern age. A super-developed technocracy would bring such problems as growing plants or conceive a child. A little genetic modification (all vaccines today are GMO) will bring new diseases and new problems. The harmony and balance of the nature is thanks to the technocratic civilization in danger, don't worry about nature, she will survive, but a man without nature can't. In 21st century people are still sick, many of them haven't normal food or pure water and most of people in the modern world are not happy, doing slaves for corporations and banks. The control over their life took computers, smartphones and the artificial intelligence. As a poor child seeks some food in garbage, a modern man seeks peace on weekends somewhere in the mountains. A poor child needs only food, a rich man of the modern world needs a car, phone, money, bank accounts, gasoline, house, weekend house and millions of other things, people are poor in the middle of luxury and lonely wolves in smart cities. Being poor is sick, being rich today is sick too. A huge debt is to have a car, burning tons of gasoline or to have own plane burning tons of air and kerosine. Probably the whole technocracy is a poisoned apple in a nice packaging. In the end, so much poison to the environment is every single technocratic toy, the result is poisoned life, diseases and bad mental health. Do you still think, this technocracy brings some progress? Without progress of values, the technocratic progress comes always at a cost of regress in other areas.

My colleague thinks, macbook is collecting info about W-LAN even turned off - within a month a full battery was empty, bad piece or some activity even turned off? Who said these devices are safe? Keep it away from your bedroom and use only when you really need it. Personally, I cannot measure some notebooks and tablets with standard EMF meter, but I am pretty sure, they doing something even in airplane mode. I think smart devices are not safe, my epiphysis activity is for me a clear sign, they do some transmission or positioning (or they can be detected by radio networks even in airplane mode, I don't know, sometimes I am detecting strong EM field, with 8GHz EMF meter I cannot measure it)

Who owns Apple? Who owns major shares in Orange, O2, cell phone operators and most of large companies? Blackrock and Vanguard everywhere. Blackrock owns Vanguard and Vanguard owns Blackrock. Check the major shares. This is only my personal opinion, I think the major shareholder in this world is Lucifer. For example, the word SAT AN can be translated like anti-existence. SAT means Existence in sankrt. Smart is slovak word for smrt, death. Death culture and satanism in pop music, film, TV is heavily pushed by industry and western politicians.

We tested some smartphones and even in airplane mode, they will permanently keep shitting little doses of the EM radiation, maybe from some NFCs, there was no option to disable NFC. Airplane mode doesn't always mean no EM field. Personally, I don't believe smart devices. Smart devices and current wireless technologies are weapons. I think they will always keep somehow wireless connection, but we usually can't measure it by common EMF meters. Some PC monitors declared like without W-LAN and without bluetooth had some source of HF EM radiation somewhere in bezel, this can be measured with standard EMF meter up to 8GHz. This can be measured only putting th EMF meter very close to the device. For example, tablet Lenovo P11 pro gen2 will put some EM shit for few seconds any time you turn on the display (looks like from the pen area) I have some breathing problems and head ache working with Lenovo P11 gen 2, maybe caused by nearly full brightness (daylight working outiside) or does it still communicate with some wireless network even in airplane mode? Who knows, I think the technocratic civilization is a lie and any lie will die soon! (In slovak, ''Loz ma kratke nohy, daleko nezajde!'', ''Lie has got short legs, she can't go too far.'') Looks like ASUS PRIME Z690-A has got some source of HF EM radiation inside (around 6000 microWatts/m2, I would never put any mainboard into a tempered glass case. No wireless in papers usually doesn't mean no wireless...

EHS sensitive persons should find a normal house or place for living, quit common jobs and turn with all your heart, soul, mind and strength to the Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus Christ.

CHAPTER 2

''Spell the word smart in slovak, sounds like ''smrt'' (death)

EHS SYMPTOMS

EHS symptoms: head ache, eye strain, excessive sweating, joint pain, kidney pain, dry mouth and dry lips, ear problems (tinnitus), breathing and cardiac problems, pain in axis of all 7 chakras from head to testes, insomnia, orientation problems, depresy, depersonalization and derealization, the whole palette of mental problems.

Epiphysis is one of the most sensitive organs. After the exposition to the EM radiation usually the pain from epiphysis may result into eye pain and head aches, sometimes nausea. Chest pain and breathing problems could be sometimes very serious, doctors will probably find nothing or EHS person will be diagnosed as a psychiatric patient due to serious disruption of brain waves by EM fields - and these are nearly everywhere! EHS sensitive persons should minimize the exposition as much as possible. No Wi-Fi at home, no cell phones or airplane mode, avoid using data and always use cables and USB-C-LAN reduction for internet connection.

Some people near EM field may report the above symptoms, many people have still no idea how the EM fields affects whole body and mind. Today most cities of the so called modern world are heavily poisoned by EM fields, for some persons even a short exposition near some cell antennas, Wi-Fi, bluetooth or smartphones represents serious danger. EM fields are simply radiation. Diseases are poisonings. A lot of diseases today is simply radiation poisoning, wrongly diagnosed by doctors repeating latin words or they would simply said it's psychic. Body, mind and soul are one. We can't choose one only one part, when so, this would be only a partial healing, mostly just ''healing forever''. Psychiatric diseases in most cases are caused by inflammations and malfunctions in gastrointestinal tract and guts. 50% of dopamine and 95% of serotonine is produced by guts. Affecting brain functions with anti-depressants and psychiatric drugs is not a treatment, patients are simply put on drugs.

CHAPTER 3

Certain feeling of EM fields is normal like a natural sense. The No1. organ as a detector of EM fields is epiphysis. EHS usually means the epiphysis is fuctional, feeling EM fields and avoiding it may save yor life. A lot of chemicals may disrupt the natural function of epiphysis, like chlorine, fluoride, food chemicals, pesticides, chemtrails, etc.

There is a lot of informations today about the protective magic, but it's always necessary to keep high vibrations. You simply can't think something may harm you, if you feel something bad, always concentrate on something possitive. Replace every single negative thought with possitive one. Prayer and fasting may bring some enlightment, but fasting could make all senses sharper, including EHS, which could be thanks to fasting temporarily worse, but may improve soon. Fasting is worth, but you have to know your body and how it reacts. Sometimes it's good to have honey and pure water on fasting. The 30% solution of honey (1 spoon honey, 2 spoons water) For honey please use wooden or non-metallic spoons and dishes. Honey for this purpose should be yellow or bright, not brown. Use local honey, up to max. 20km radius from your place. Good to have honey and water on longer fasting, never too much, 1 spoon once or two times per day. Longer fasting should be better with enemas.

Some days you can drink except pure water a juice, Breuss juices are tasty and perfect (Breuss juices are one of the best cancer treatment) or keep fasting with without chewing (coctails, smoothies, etc.) At least once per week make day only for yourself, turn to the Heavenly Father, fasting, prayer, meditations... Good to keep silence, one day without speaking counts. The Heavenly Father will appreciate your efforts.

CHAPTER 4

Salts may make EHS worse

Salts, table salt, potassium salts, magnesium salts or magnesium supplements, soda, baking soda, probably all salts, metals and electrolytes may cause a lot of problems to EHS persons.

EHS persons should use only minimum doses of supplements like magnesium and seek food rich with Omega 3 and magnesium, which is very important. For example fish oil, bio almonds and marcipan, vitamins group B, especially B3 (niacin) and its forms like Picamilon. Always seek the best bio food for you, mostly local farmers, and supplemets without tableting additives. Get yourself some education about water (WATER THE ULTIMATE CURE - Steve Meyerowitz) Some experts prefer distilled water, if you use reverse osmosis, should be the natural mineralizer. Maybe not everyone can drink distilled water, but for cooking and tea should be ok. You have to make your own research about water, it's worth, because body is mostly water and choose the best water for you. Fresh filtered water should be kept in glass bottles without any metal and get her some sun (solarized water - HIRA RATAN MANEK - Sungazing)

CHAPTER 5 Food and water

Food: almonds and natural unrafined food rich with magnesium

Water: filtered water, distilled water, reverse osmosis, natural spring water

CHAPTER 6 Prayer and fasting

Ideal time: once per week, or at least twice per month - new Moon and Full Moon. Fasting may improve all senses, EHS could be temporarily worse, it is worth to try, everything should be ok the next day. Simply, keep your vibration as high as possible. Try to do consciously everything in your life: take a good sleep, take care what you eat, take care what you drink, take care what you think (Dr. Joseph Murphy)

It is not just about the quality of food, but the way how you eat. All should be conscious including sexual activity. Any excess or forcible pushing or trying to forcibly achieve something costs a lot of powers. Sport is good, but good should be yoga and standing on your head. Support your brain with blood and oxygen, important nutrients are fats and OMEGA 3. Vitamins A, D, E and vitamins group B. There is something special for improving bloodstream in brain: Picamilon. This is a russian discovery how to combine aminobutric acid with vitamin B3 in one molecule. Hi doses of vitamin B3 can be replaced by low doses of Picamilon (usually, only 50mg per day should be enough) Probably the best would be put Picamilon under tongue before first food (always ob an empty stomach) Today, there is a lot manufacturers of Picamilon without tableting additives) Always seek supplements without tableting additives.

Vitamins group B: Brainmax activated B-Complex.

Always start with a very small dose of vitamins and observe reaction. Sensitive persons should take only half of capsulu (personal experience is mostly put the powder of vitamins and supplements under tongue)

Sometimes may help Kallium and Magnesium, but EHS person should control the dose. Standard dose of vitamins and supplements for EHS persons could be too much, start with half or quarter and observe reaction.

If you use table salt, get for yourself the best one. We have good experience with pharmaceutical pure table salt. We mix it 1:1 with pure Kallium chloride and use as normal salt. In the kitchen, the table salt is the most important supplement. Common salt contains additives and sand with glass. This may cause laserations in veins (Dr. Leonard Coldwell)

CHAPTER 7

Working with brain and cells inside and "outside" the body may help a lot

BIT brain regeneration technique

- every step should be confirmed by the ancient word JEST (iest)

1. Create the sphere of managing reality (SMR) in front of you

2. Put organ into the SMR (brain)

3. Give the command to your consciousness to display pathologies

4. Create inside the SMR the garbage cell (black point) and rotate this black point anti-clockwise

5. Ask for the silver beam and very carefully use this beam to clean all brain cells inside and in the surface (if you have any pain, simply put deep violet color into the silver beam) Extra work should be done with the epiphysis

6. Concentrate on regeneration of all cells

7. The color of regeneration is pink

8. All garbage is flowing into the garbage cell

9. If you think all is ok, create in the left side the sphere of the past and put inside this sphere the most perfect brain as you ever had, together with the best feeling, mindset and overall physiscall and mental condition you ever had

10. On the right side create the sphere of the future and put inside the most perfect brain according to the NORMA OF THE FATHER CREATOR.

11. Remove the garbage cell from the sphere of managing reality. Put in into the ground or simply dematerialize. Good to do this step as quick as possible, training swiftness of your mind

12. Keep in your mind all three spheres: SMR (front), sphere of past (left) and the sphere of the future (right)

13. Merge all three spheres into one. Put a word NORMA into this sphere. Put program by word full and permanent protection from EM radiation (from chemtrails and all evil)

14. Unite this picture of perfect brain with the physical organ, through hypophysis as a channel unite this perfect picture of brain with your physical brain

15. Create new cells

CHAPTER 8   Creating new cells

1.With your consciounsness enter inside of your brain, for example into the surface of epiphysis

2. Create new perfect stem cell (one or more) You may create it with an EM protection field around it

3. From this point is born another one, than another two (simple cross from 4 new cells)

4. Another four, like a flower from 8 new cells

5. Imagine a crystal of consciousness on the left side and unite it with cores of new cells

6. Give a VERY STRONG and VERY QUICK command to multiply

7. Imagine birthing new stem cells in organ alongside with the mark of the infinite and rotate the mark of the infinite clockwise

CHAPTER 9 Practical results of BIT

I was doing this excercise couple times per week probably one year. Imagination is being developed, no problem now to create 3, 6, 12 or more cells. Nearly all EHS pain is away. I had terrible head aches before, doing one step was a serious problem. Only a very little exposition ended with terrible pain, the result was total isolation, no friends, no restaurants, no shopping and sleeping in the forest. After this excercise I nearly returned into a normal life. All marks of pain is being quickly and effectively cured by this excercise or simply with an imagination of silver beam with a deep violet color. With a good imagination you may cure nealy all pains by this beam.

CHAPTER 10  Protection fields

Some healers to cure EHS are using hypnosis, I tried some protection fields, I never tried hypnosis.

CHAPTER 11 Living with EHS

The whole life will usually change rapidly with first symptoms of EHS. Some EHS people can still use cell phones, but a lot of them within years cannot live normal life in modern cities. A sudden evacuation of flat may occur, when your neighbours get new Wi-Fi router. Nights without sleep, head aches and sleeping in the forest is a normal situation with EHS.

CHAPTER 12 Physical Shielding of flat, foild and graphite coating

Shielding the flat by foils and graphite coating is a rebus and it's dangerous. Of course all must be properly grounded, but who can't feel the EM radiation, he can make situation with graphite coatings and foils much worse due to constructive interferences and reflections. Experts recommed to shield only critical places. We tried to shield the whole flat, but sometimes only a few square meters of graphite will cause the whole room worse! People with advanced EHS are good sensibiles, they know where the EM field is, in a lot of cases, the measuring devices will show zero and in fact, the situation is critical. Zero with an EMF meter is not always a zero! Your feeling is much more important as some units of EM radiation. Some places with thousands of microWatts per square meter are better like zero. Of course, normal in a flat is zero. After graphite coating and foil shielding, we have zero, but with new Wi-Fi routers around, 5G and new cell antennas an EHS person should forget living in the city! Insted of coating and foils try to seek a new place for living as quick as possible!

CHAPTER 13 Orgonites, shungit and so-called EMF protection devices

Simply, I can't recommend any. According to my experience, makes everything worse!

CHAPTER 14 Full Moon

Full Moon is the catalyst of the effects of drugs, herbs and alcohol. Full Moon plays a significant role in overdosing. It looks like the Full Moon makes either sharper senses or helping all forces including EM radiation get a little bit stronger, could be both.

CHAPTER 15 Mindset and controlling thoughts

Mindset is very important doing business, finding your partner or healing. Some people simply setup themselves for partner, they will have partner soon.

Dr. David Paul Yonggi Cho in the book FOURTH DIMMENSION wrote, you have to give very exact parameters of what you want (details of your dream partner, dream house, dream car - at first describe it in every detail) Ask and pray according to chosen preferences. I Tried a lot techniques, mental shieldings, maybe 200 times per day. In the end, it was the work of the Divine Mother. I was never praying to Her, I asked if She exists, I ask Her for help.
